Processing and production of rare earth metals
Production
Recycling waste to extract gold, silver, platinum and palladium is a priority for Ramotti Metal. The cost of secondary precious metals is an order of magnitude cheaper than when extracting the same metals from ore.
1.
mechanical separation of mixed waste
2.
enrichment of scrap containing precious and rare metals by repeated crushing and separation of the resulting mixture in hydrocyclones and flotation methods;
3.
pyrometallurgical processing or use of electrolytic methods
What we can do for you
Ramotti Metal: have extensive
experience in rare earth process development and
recycling, all the way though to separated final
products.
Recycling of electronic circuit boards and components from them for the purpose of obtaining precious metals
Recovery of precious metals from radio electronic industry waste, such as computers, household appliances and various types of electrical products, is currently a new and rapidly developing area of the secondary precious metals processing and mining industries. Disposal of household appliances, computers and electronics implies a multi-stage process, which includes the stages of storage, sorting and processing of "electronic scrap", preceding the stage of direct extraction of precious metals.
The technology and design are based on extensive experience in recycling circuit boards, computers, electronics and other electrical equipment. The proposed equipment includes a full cycle of the recycling process - starting from whole electronic boards and ending with obtaining metal with a high content of precious metals in it for subsequent refining processes. All units are of rugged construction. High-speed equipment is used for fine grinding. The most abrasion-prone components of the equipment are made of wear-resistant steel.
