The radio engineering and electronics industry constantly generates waste products made of non-ferrous metals and their alloys coated with gold, silver, platinum and palladium. The use of secondary metal-containing raw materials in modern global metal production is growing rapidly and steadily. In a number of industrially developed countries the production of secondary metals accounts for 30-40% of the total volume of the metallurgical industry. Wastes, on the one hand, cause enormous damage to the environment, on the other hand, they are valuable resources with hundreds and thousands of times higher content of useful components than natural sources.
Recycling of electronic circuit boards and components from them for the purpose of obtaining precious metals
The technology and design are based on extensive experience in recycling circuit boards, computers, electronics and other electrical equipment. The proposed equipment includes a full cycle of the recycling process - starting from whole electronic boards and ending with obtaining metal with a high content of precious metals in it for subsequent refining processes. All units are of rugged construction. High-speed equipment is used for fine grinding. The most abrasion-prone components of the equipment are made of wear-resistant steel.
